Back to Basic

So, it's my first day off after spending the weekend at the Garde Manger Station. The day was spent tidying up the house, building a shelf, and cleaning up last night's stinking mess. Following that, I felt like red alert level nausea and then proceeded to vomit a bright purple-red concoction of blackberries and milo. 

Thereafter, I lazed about, stir-fried minced pork, mushroom, and Mac and cheese, made the bed, and then went out to meet Gabby at Tu Lan down by 6th street. 

Met BRIBRI! Food sucked but it was cheap. Then we went next door to The Showdown to watch the open mic event (which was mediocre by the way) and then we parted ways. 

It's nice catching up with gabby and getting to know bri. They're a cute couple.
