You know how when you have such high expectations (or just an expectation) of a certain establishment and it lets you down so miserably? Well, one person at my current workplace has single-handedly fucked over the restaurant's kitchen staff's morale. Too many people have left and it's probably because of you.
It's preposterous how any kind of chef can go through his or her life without any form of standards or structure in terms of putting food out there to the public. I quote this said person, "oh, don't ask me, I just cook/do". If that's the case, you moron, why don't you jolly well go fucking work in McD's or something? You act as though you know shit, but you can't even sear a fucking scallop. And when food gets sent back from the pass, you argue with the chef that it's seared when there barely even is any colour on the scallop? Oh my lord jesus christ, take some pride in what you do.
What about recipes huh? You can't even provide me with one because it's "oh, I make it to my own taste, you can't do it, because it's my taste."
