Throwing a lunch cookout tomorrow. Gotta write this down before I forget.
Weiling's Glass Noodle with Minced Pork and Tofu Gravy
Preparation and ingredients:
Pork:
Fine chop garlic, onions and chives and mix with minced pork. Add salt. Leave to marinate.
Sauce:
Mix soya sauce, oyster sauce, Thai sweet chilli sauce and chopped chili padi water in a bowl.
Fry the pork first till cooked before adding the sauce in the the pan. Add cubed tofus. Set aside.
Glass Noodles:
Boil glass noodles. When cooked, drain water and soak noodles in Hua Tiao Jiu and sweet red wine.
To serve, portion noodles into bowls and pour gravy over noodles.
Eat like a boss.
