Chill Nights with Min

I never knew how much I missed the taste of authentic Chinese cuisine until I had delicious, home-made dinner prepared by Min's mom. It's the kind of food that you can never get from a commercialised Chinese restaurant.

It'a true how our culture and tradition's slowly being diluted. No one my age will have the patience to prepare meals that require over an hour to cook. The older generation really cook the best foods man. I wonder if I'll ever get there.

Hm. Highly doubt so.

Anyway, after clearing some work and discussing about work life, we left her home with a 650ml bottle of chilled beer (it's damn cheap, bought it at 3.40 at Toa payoh's NTUC) and proceeded to Bishan Park for some fresh air.

Man, it's been a while since I've really stopped work to take a breather. Plus, bishan park's beautiful. Could use more nights like this. So chill.

Gonna meet up with now Teo to catch up. Thank god he's a good friend and my neighbour. All my friends live so far away.

Hope my tiredness doesn't overwhelm me.
